All-Big 12 selection joins Dallas Trinity FC; club announces Reed will miss the 2026 season while recovering from ACL injury
DALLAS (July 22, 2026) – Dallas Trinity FC announced today it has signed forward Rajanah Reed ahead of the upcoming season in the Gainbridge Super League, a USL property. The club also announced that Reed sustained a torn ACL during preseason training and will miss the entirety of the 2026 Gainbridge Super League Fall Season. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.
“Rajanah is an ascending player who has consistently responded when given a larger opportunity,” said Brian Corcoran, Sporting Director for Dallas Trinity FC. “Her productivity at UCF and early exposure to two NWSL environments show both her potential and her readiness to compete at the professional level. This injury is a setback, but it does not change what we see in her or our belief in what she will bring to this club. We are fully committed to supporting her through her recovery.”

Reed joins Dallas after beginning her professional career with Angel City FC as a National Team Replacement Player in early 2026. She also trained with Orlando Pride during preseason before making her NWSL regular-season debut with Angel City in April.
The Glendale, Arizona native completed her collegiate career at UCF, leading the Knights with eight goals and six game-winning goals in 2025. Her six winners ranked third nationally and helped UCF earn an NCAA Tournament berth. Reed was named Second Team All-Big 12 after the season.
