Versatile Princeton standout signs her first professional contract with Dallas
DALLAS (August 5, 2026) – Dallas Trinity FC announced today it has signed forward/defender Heather MacNab to a contract through the end of the 2027 season, ahead of the upcoming season in the Gainbridge Super League, a USL property. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.
MacNab joins Dallas after making her professional debut with North Carolina Courage in a 2-1 victory over Angel City FC in September 2025. She first joined the Courage as a preseason trialist, earned a short-term injury replacement contract and later signed a guaranteed deal through the end of the season.
“Heather’s route to the professional game says a great deal about her resilience and character,” said Brian Corcoran, Sporting Director for Dallas Trinity FC. “She is a hard worker, a dependable teammate and a versatile player whose willingness to embrace different roles will strengthen our roster.”
“Heather’s vision and range of passing allow her to impact the game from several positions,” said Lee Nguyễn, First Team Manager and Technical Director for Dallas Trinity FC. “She understands when to join the attack, competes well physically and gives us the flexibility to adjust within matches.”
The Carmel, Indiana, native recorded 13 goals and 24 assists across 72 appearances at Princeton. As a senior captain, she moved from forward to left back and earned First Team All-Ivy, Second Team All-Region and Second Team All-ECAC honors while helping the Tigers win the 2024 Ivy League title.

MacNab llega a Dallas después de debutar como profesional con North Carolina Courage en una victoria de 2-1 sobre Angel City FC en septiembre de 2025.
