OFFICIAL RULES
SPONSORED BY Dallas Trinity FC (“Sponsor”)
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants entering the Sweepstakes (“Entrant”) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to any U.S. citizen who is a legal resident of Texas, as of October 28th, 2025, and has not won a prize from Dallas Trinity FC within the last twelve (12) months. Entrants outside of Texas will be disqualified. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Eligibility to win is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, including winner selection, are final. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law, including certain Texas municipal ordinances.
ENTRY PERIOD:
The entry period begins at 12:00 p.m. CST on October 28th, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on November 11th, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
TO ENTER:
Dallas Trinity FC Fan Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) encourages followers and fans to purchase four tickets to Dallas Trinity’s November 2nd or November 8th matches, OR to sign up for the team’s newsletter between October 28th and November 10th for a chance to win an exclusive DTFC Yeti Cooler for a Dallas Trinity FC Match.
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be automatically subscribed to the Dallas Trinity FC newsletter. Entrants can opt out of the newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in any email communication.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The Sweepstakes will select one (1) winner. The winner will be chosen at random by Sponsor on or around November 11th, 2025. The selection process will be random from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via email and/or call within forty-eight (48) hours of selection and must confirm eligibility and accept the Prize within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in the selection of alternate winners.
PRIZES:
The winner will receive an exclusive Dallas Trinity FC Yeti Cooler. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a prize is not available, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the Prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance of the Prize. In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Sweepstakes. By entering, Entrants also waive claims related to intellectual property, publicity rights, and privacy, and agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
TEXAS-SPECIFIC RULES:
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Texas state laws and regulations. Any tax liabilities arising from prizes are the responsibility of the winner in accordance with Texas state law. Entrants must reside in Texas to participate. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with Texas-specific laws or Dallas municipal regulations.
GOVERNING LAW:
The Sweepstakes and the rights of participants and Sponsor will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
