Tyler McCamey – Goalkeeper
Tyler joins Dallas Trinity FC as an exciting addition to the goalkeeping corps for the 2026 season. A technically sound and composed goalkeeper, McCamey brings a blend of athleticism, leadership, and high-pressure experience from both collegiate and professional environments.
McCamey (born August 19, 2001) grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where she played club soccer for Tophat, serving as team captain in both the Development Academy (DA) and ECNL before committing to Princeton University. In her collegiate career with the Princeton Tigers (2021–24), she appeared in 56 matches, becoming a cornerstone of the team’s defense. As a senior co-captain, McCamey led the Tigers to Ivy League regular-season and tournament championships, posting eight solo clean sheets with a 0.65 goals-against average, and earning First-Team All-Ivy League and United Soccer Coaches First-Team All-Region honors.
McCamey began her professional journey in 2025, signing a short-term injury replacement contract with Gotham FC, where she was part of the roster that won the CONCACAF W Champions Cup. Later that season she joined the Kansas City Current as a goalkeeper replacement player, contributing depth to the squad that captured the NWSL Shield. Although she did not record league minutes, she gained invaluable professional experience training and competing at the highest level.
