Career Bio

Dallas Trinity FC adds proven scoring depth with the signing of forward Ally Cook, a national champion whose journey through the game has taken her from UCLA glory to the frontlines of professional soccer’s ever-shifting landscape.

A California native, Cook starred at the University of Oregon before transferring to UCLA, where she helped the Bruins capture the 2022 NCAA National Championship in her very first season on campus. She finished her college career ranked among the top players in Oregon program history in goals, game-winning goals, and points, earning First-Team Academic All-American honors along the way.

Cook turned professional after going undrafted, earning a contract with the Chicago Red Stars as a non-rostered invitee before signing with Spokane Zephyr FC, where she scored 10 goals across two seasons. Her time there ended when the club folded in May 2026, making her a free agent once again — the second time in her career she’s had to rebuild after a setback.

Now Cook brings her scoring instincts and championship pedigree to Dallas Trinity FC, reuniting with former Spokane Zephyr teammate Sophia Braun as the club continues its push in the Gainbridge Super League.
