When Dallas Trinity FC says, “A part of the Dallas Trinity FC family for life,” they mean every word.
From players who logged just a few seconds on the pitch to those who spent full seasons in maroon and gold, the goalposts never shift.
Now, after back-to-back playoff appearances in the club’s first two seasons, it’s hard not to feel a little nostalgic about that inaugural campaign and the players who helped get Dallas Trinity FC off the ground.
So today, let’s take a stroll down memory lane and catch up with the players who suited up for Dallas during the 2024-25 season, and see where they are now.
2024/25 Dallas Trinity FC
Samantha Meza

During her rookie season with Seattle Reign FC, Samantha Meza joined Dallas Trinity FC on loan in August and quickly made an impact, finding the back of the net just a month later.
In 13 appearances, Meza recorded two goals and one assist while helping Dallas reach the playoffs. She logged 1,168 minutes and led the team in shots during her time with the club.
“Playing and being relied upon and being the figurehead for a team was going to be really important for her,” Seattle head coach Laura Harvey said. “It was also about figuring out what being a professional looks like when you’re having to play every week.”
On June 29, 2025, Meza made her senior international debut for the US Women’s National Team, starting and playing 87 minutes of the 4–0 friendly win over the Republic of Ireland. She’s now made 3 career appearances for the USWNT with hopes of a roster spot for the senior team in the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup competition.
Meza has become a regular contributor for Seattle, appearing in 10 of the club’s first 11 matches this 2026 season, including nine starts, while already adding an assist to her tally.
Madison White

Between the sticks for Dallas Trinity FC in the club’s first-ever match against FC Barcelona, Madison White joined on loan and quickly established herself as the team’s first-choice goalkeeper during its inaugural campaign.
White started 25 league matches and finished tied for the most clean sheets in the Gainbridge Super League’s first season. She also ranked third in total saves.
After her loan spell in Dallas came to an end, White signed a three-year deal with the North Carolina Courage of the NWSL, where she continues to play today.
Gabriela Guillén

Signed in July 2024, Gabriela Guillén made seven appearances and earned three starts for Dallas before joining I-45 rival Houston Dash on a short-term loan later that same season.
The Costa Rican international has since returned home and now plays for LD Alajuelense in the Costa Rican Women’s Premier Division. Her side currently sits atop the league table with just one loss on the season.
Maya Gordon

Maya Gordon signed her first professional contract with Dallas Trinity FC and featured in the club’s inaugural friendly against FC Barcelona. Unfortunately, an injury in that match cut her time in Dallas short.
The following month, Gordon joined the Washington Spirit on a short-term loan and later spent time with Kansas City Current II, the developmental side of the Kansas City Current, following her departure from DTFC.
Deborah Abiodun

A late-season addition on loan from the Washington Spirit in the 2024-25 season, Deborah Abiodun arrived in Dallas alongside teammate Tamara Bolt and immediately became a key presence in midfield.
Abiodun appeared in 13 matches during the 2024-25 season, anchoring the midfield for the playoff-bound maroon and gold.
In the summer of 2025, Deb was featured heavily in Nigeria’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Championship finish before returning to Dallas for the start of the 2025-26 season.
Her final appearance for Dallas came in a victory over Spokane Zephyr FC early last season before being recalled by Washington. Since returning to the Spirit, she has made 14 appearances across two seasons for one of the NWSL’s top clubs, including 2 starts this season.
Tamara Bolt

Joining Dallas alongside Deborah Abiodun from the Washington Spirit, Tamara Bolt completed her full loan spell with the club.
Across 27 appearances over two seasons, Bolt established herself as one of Dallas’ most dangerous attacking threats despite beginning her career as a defender. This season, she finished with the second-most assists on the team despite appearing in less than half of the club’s matches.
Bolt returned to Washington at the start of the calendar year and has made five appearances for the Spirit so far this season.
Evan O’Steen

A product of the DFW soccer community, Evan O’Steen joined Dallas Trinity FC as an academy player and made her first-team debut in the club’s friendly against FC Barcelona.
Following the 2024-25 season, O’Steen joined Florida State University, where she helped the Seminoles capture their fifth national championship. She also represented her country at the 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
In January 2026, O’Steen signed her first professional contract with Seattle Reign FC on a one-year deal, becoming the youngest goalkeeper ever to sign in the NWSL.
Lucy Shepherd

Lioness Lucy Shepherd built an impressive résumé across both the United States and England before making the trip to the Lone Star State and joining Dallas Trinity FC in 2024.
Shepherd made 21 appearances for Dallas and found the back of the net during her time with the club.
After leaving Dallas, Lucy returned home to the other side of the pond, signing with Portsmouth FC Women in late January. She has already made nine appearances for the club and scored in one of her first few matches.
Shadia Nankya

Shadia Nankya joined Dallas Trinity FC on loan from the Washington Spirit in February 2025, but she still made history.
Nankya became the first-ever Ugandan player to compete in the Gainbridge Super League before making another historic move in March 2026, signing with French top-flight side Le Havre AC.
The move made her the first Ugandan player to feature in the Première Ligue Féminine. She has already made several appearances for the club and is under contract through June 30, 2027.
Kamdyn Fuller

Not everyone who left Dallas Trinity FC headed to another professional club around the world.
Academy player Kamdyn Fuller stayed in Texas, joining the TCU Horned Frogs following her stint with Dallas in 2024.
As a freshman, Fuller started 23 matches and recorded four goals and five assists from midfield. She helped TCU capture the Big 12 regular-season title and advance to the NCAA semifinals for the first time in program history.
Her standout campaign earned her First Team All-Big 12 honors as well as the Big 12 Freshman of the Year award.
Natalie Wagner

Another Dallas Trinity FC academy player from the club’s inaugural season, Natalie Wagner joined the Arkansas Razorbacks as a freshman in 2025 and helped the program secure the SEC regular-season championship.
Wagner appeared in 19 matches, including all 16 regular-season contests, while making 11 starts.
As a freshman, she contributed two goals and one assists, while becoming an important piece of a championship-winning squad.
Jordyn Hardeman

Former Dallas Trinity FC academy player Jordyn Hardeman appeared in and started six matches during the club’s inaugural season.
The bronze medalist from the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup with the U.S. Youth National Team joined the Virginia Cavaliers for the 2025-26 season and appeared in 17 matches.
Hardeman provided valuable defensive depth throughout the campaign, giving Virginia a reliable option off the bench while continuing her development at one of the nation’s top collegiate programs.
Kiara Gilmore

Former Dallas Trinity FC Academy defender Kiara Gilmore wrapped up an incredible freshman season with the Wisconsin Badgers in the Big Ten during the 2025 campaign. Despite playing along the backline, Kiara still managed to dish out four assists while starting 21 matches for the Badgers.
She capped off the year by earning spots on the Big Ten All-Freshman Team, the United Soccer Coaches All-North Region Team, and the TopDrawerSoccer Freshman Best XI Second Team, receiving plenty of recognition for her standout performances.
From stepping onto the Cotton Bowl pitch for Dallas Trinity FC against FC Barcelona in 2024 to becoming one of the top freshmen in the Big Ten, Kiara has come a long way in a very short amount of time.
