Tamara Paranaguá do Carmo, known as Tamara Bolt, is a Brazilian forward who began her career with EC Bahia’s U-18 team before moving to SC Internacional in 2021. Over five years, she played 72 matches, scoring 10 goals and providing 5 assists. In 2025, she signed with the Washington Spirit, marking her transition to the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). She is currently on loan with DTFC.
